Dutch speaking Desktop Support Agent job – Market Related Salary – Cape Town, South Africa

Our client is looking for a Dutch speaking Desk Support Agent whom will be the first point of contact for the users calling in to their Service Desk. Your main responsibility will be to assist customers with queries via telephonic and online conversations and to solve any problem they might be experiencing. You will be providing the highest of customer service and numerous other related tasks.

Your key job responsibilities as the Dutch speaking Desk Support Agent in Cape Town, South Africa will include:

  • Monitoring and reporting of systems: Network/System up time
  • Ensure agent availability
  • Ensure accurate call resolution
  • System performance and transaction volumes reporting
  • Primary responsibility is user support and customer service
  • Being present and available to clients requiring technical assistance
  • Respond to questions from all emails and callers

Requirements for this Dutch speaking Desk Support Agent job in Cape Town, South Africa:

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Friendly presence and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
  • Ability to utilize the applications for Microsoft Office for support, reporting and documentation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide technical support over the phone; good phone skills, professional demeanor, previous customer service experience strongly desired
  • Good problem-solving skills; ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve it
  • Ability to handle constant
