Your key job responsibilities as the Portuguese speaking Customer Service Consultant in Johannesburg, South Africa will include:

  • Take incoming calls, emails and online chats from clients with issues/queries/complaints
  • Create and manage client relationship management tickets within the company CRM system
  • Solving customers queries by phone or emails
  • Provide excellent level of customer services
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with all clients and customers

Requirements for this Portuguese speaking Customer Service Consultant job in Johannesburg, South Africa:

  • Must have lived/worked in Portugal for at least 5 years
  • Excellent geographical knowledge of Portugal
  • Must be fluent in both Portuguese and English
  • Very good knowledge of computers
  • Enjoy talking with people by phone and emails
  • Able to work in fast-paced international atmosphere
