Your key job responsibilities as the Dutch speaking Customer Care Advisor in Cape Town will include:

  • Provide professional responses across Live Chat, Email & Phone channels, focusing on safer gambling and customer support
  • Recognize potential risks and signs of harm to members, utilizing internal controls and making risk-based decisions promptly
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences while maintaining compliance and efficiency standards
  • Stay composed under pressure, switch tasks seamlessly, and communicate promptly and clearly
  • Multitask effectively between customer interactions, listening attentively to uncover their underlying needs
  • Address conflicts or complaints with a commercial mindset and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Keep abreast of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to process and product improvements through customer contact classification

Requirements for this Dutch speaking Customer Care Advisor job in Cape Town:
