Your key job responsibilities as the Dutch speaking Customer Service Ambassador in Cape Town, South Africa will include:

  • Act as a knowledgeable guide, offering personalised recommendations on dining, entertainment, and sightseeing options, tailored to each guest’s preferences 
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with efficiency and a positive attitude, going the extra mile to ensure their comfort and satisfaction 
  • Collaborate with various departments to address guest needs promptly and exceed their expectations 
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback, providing valuable insights to enhance our overall guest experience 

 Requirements for this Dutch speaking Customer Service Ambassador job in Cape Town, South Africa: 

  • Fluent in both Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, to provide top-notch customer service to their Dutch speaking guests 
  • A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for their guests, ensuring they feel welcome, valued, and well-cared for 
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, making them feel at home away from home
