A prestigious global translation services provider has an exciting job opportunity for a German speaking Customer Care Coordinator to join their team in the beautiful Cape Town, South Africa. The purpose of this vital role is to improve the service and experience received by corporate clientele, by both improving the speed and efficiency of response and in the quality of service provided

Your key job responsibilities as the German speaking Client Coordinator in Cape Town, South Africa:

  • Record customer orders and enquiries and pass to the correct internal team
  • Correspond with the clients
  • Provide quotes
  • Support the Head of Customer Care and analyse the root cause of any customer complaints

Requirements for this German speaking Client Coordinator in Cape Town, South Africa:

  • 1-2 years admin experience, preferably in a customer care role or similar
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Good organisational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to live and work in Cape Town, South Africa
