Your key job responsibilities as the Italian speaking Service Desk Specialist in Cape Town, South Africa:
- Be the first person to come in contact with customers
- Solve IT related issues via phone, chat and email
- Invite customers to participate in phone problem solutions
- Solve the customer’s problems, both internally and externally in an efficient manner
- Coordinate all incoming requests for priority issues
- Validate customer details and different requirements for data access
- Be the face of the company and make sure your service is high-quality so that customer satisfaction gets the highest rating

- Fluent in English
