Your key job responsibilities as the Italian speaking Digital Luxury Sales Associate in Johannesburg, South Africa will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to all customers, both online and in-store
- Assisting customers with product recommendations, sizing, and styling advice
- Managing and updating the e-commerce website and social media platforms
- Working with the store team to ensure a seamless omni-channel shopping experience for our customers
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets, and playing a key role in driving revenue growth

- Must be fluent in Italian and also able to communicate in English
- You’ll need to be a master of organisation
