You will improve the service and experience received by corporate clientele, by both improving the speed and efficiency of response and in the quality of service provided.
The Danish speaking Customer Care Coordinator in Cape Town, South Africa will record customer orders and enquiries and pass to the correct internal team, correspond with the clients, provide quotes, support the Head of Customer Cere and analyse the root cause of any customer complaints. This job will also require you to log detailed and accurate case notes to ensure optimal assistance for customers.
Requirements for this Danish speaking Customer Care Coordinator job in Cape Town, South Africa will include:
- Fluent in Danish and English
- Possess good organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills
- Some relevant experience, preferably in a customer care role or similar
- Strong typing and PC skills
- Enthusiastic and dynamic, you are very comfortable with communicating by phone and mail
- Outgoing and approachable, with excellent customer service and enjoy working in a team environment
- Well-organized, accurate, you are detail-oriented, professional and courteous with high self-motivation
