Your key job responsibilities as the Norwegian speaking Customer Experience Officer in Johannesburg, South Africa will include:
- Deal with clients’ inquiries via live chat, email and telephone
- Preform personal clientele analysis and take actions as required
- Handle client inquiries appropriately and ensure that high level service is provided
- Promote available products and services to clients
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Cooperate effectively with other departments as required
- Contribute to team effort by achieving targeted results
Requirements for this Norwegian speaking Customer Experience Officer job in Johannesburg, South Africa:
- Native in Norwegian and fluent in the English language
- Proven customer service experience is welcomed but not mandatory since the company provides comprehensive in-house training
- Strong communication/public relations along with active listening skills required.
- Customer orientation and the ability to adapt and respond to diverse sorts of characters
- Proficiency working on computers and touch typing are required
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Accountability and conscientiousness
