The Swedish speaking Customer Service Agent in Cape Town, South Africa will be responsible for providing outstanding Customer Service to both internal and external customers in Swedish; managing all customer contact with professionalism and efficiency in line with agreed company standards; and processing, investigating and resolving customer queries using the complaint management system.
