A leading forward-thinking, fast growing digital marketing company is currently looking to further expand their dynamic team with a Spanish speaking Customer Service Agent to join their offices in Cape Town, South Africa
As the Spanish speaking Customer Service Agent in Cape Town, South Africa your job will require you to assist all Spanish users/clients telephonically and providing support. You will respond to incoming customer queries via all contact mediums (call, live chat and email), ensure that all communication (in Spanish and English) with their users/clients is of the required/expected quality, and ensure that all communication and volume received is dealt with and responded to in the required timeframe and manner
Requirements for this Spanish speaking Customer Service Agent job in Cape Town, South Africa will include:
- Some customer service experience
- Must be fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken, preferably as a first language
- Above average English communication, both written and spoken
- Must be able to communicate clearly and must have excellent telephonic and written communication ability
- Intermediate computer literacy (specifically MS Office and internet applications)
