As a Turkish Customer Service Agent in Johannesburg, South Africa your job responsibilities will include:
- Receive clients in a professional manner telephonically
- Resolve queries and where necessary escalate to the relevant parties
- Continuously update the client database
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Problem solve all client queries appropriately with relative solutions
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints
