Your key job responsibilities as the French Senior Sports book Call Centre Agent in Kinshasa will include:
- Provide telephonic and e-mail service and support to customers placing online sports bets.
- Offer advice to customers engaging in online sports betting.
- Respond to technical and/or account-related queries raised by customers.
- Research required information by using available resources e.g. sport shows on television, to adequately respond to queries.
- Liaise with other departments (e.g. trading; finance) to ensure customer queries are resolved.
- Escalate complex queries to line manager.
- Deliver prepared scripts to welcome new customers and explain promotions and requirements of the onboarding process to customers.
- Accurately onboard new customers by opening betting accounts.
- Follow up on outstanding FICA documents to allow for successful onboarding of customers, verify proof of payment received from customers, and credit customers’ online accounts accordingly.
- Process deposits to customers’ online accounts.
Requirements for this French Senior Sports book Call Centre Agent job in Kinshasa:
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years’ experience working in call centers (essential)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a sports book/casino environment (preferred)
- Required to work shifts
- Customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of the rules of a wide variety of sports
- Understanding of odds and betting
- Fully computer literate
