We are looking for a Senior Desktop Support Engineer (German Speaking) to join a fast-paced team in Cape Town.
This role is ideal for someone with strong 2nd line support experience across desktop, Microsoft, cloud, and infrastructure environments, combined with the ability to support German-speaking users confidently and professionally.
Your Key Job Responsibilities will include:
You’ll be working across technologies such as Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, VMware, Intune, and backup solutions, while handling escalations, troubleshooting complex incidents, and helping maintain service excellence in a regulated environment.
Requirements for this role:
To succeed, you’ll need strong fault-finding ability, excellent communication skills in German and English, and the confidence to take ownership of issues through to resolution.
