We are recruiting a Senior Desktop Support Engineer (Italian Speaking) for a Cape Town-based opportunity. We’re looking for someone with strong 2nd line support experience, deep troubleshooting ability, and exposure to desktop, Microsoft, cloud, and infrastructure support, along with the ability to support Italian-speaking users fluently.
Your Key Job Responsibilities will include:
You’ll work across technologies including Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, VMware, Intune, and backup platforms, while managing incidents, supporting business-critical systems, and contributing to a high-quality support function.
Requirements for this role:
The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication in Italian and English, a hands-on mindset, and the ability to stay composed and effective when dealing with complex technical issues.
